If you're asking, you probably don't. That's the point. Most of my clients book one hour a month. One focused conversation saves them ten hours of bad decisions.

Is there a long-term commitment?

No. We start with one session. If it's useful, we keep going. If not, you leave with more clarity than you came in with.
